The renter of the cart must be 21 years of age or older and provide a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a credit card.

Golf carts are legal on streets marked 35 mph or less.

Carts are permitted to travel within Indian Rocks Beach, they are not allowed across the bridge.

Golf carts are registered as motor vehicles and all the rules of the road apply.

A refundable $250 security deposit is required on all rentals.

Reservations are not complete until you made payment arrangements and have signed the rental agreement.

Parking only in legally designated areas.

Abiding by all traffic laws including seat belts and child safety seats.

Payments are non-refundable 7 days prior to your reservation date.

You are responsible for any city and or state citation. 

You are responsible for any cart damage.
